CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations more than 14 days ahead receive a full refund less $20 fee. If you cancel within 14 days of your stay we will try to rebook the cottage. If this is not possible the deposit will be forfeited. No shows will be charged 100%.
