CANCELLATION POLICY, Terms and conditions.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations more than 14 days ahead receive a full refund less $20 fee. If you cancel within 14 days of your stay we will try to rebook the cottage. If this is not possible the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel within 7 days you may be charged 100%. No shows will be charged 100%. On arrival the balance of your payment will be charged to your credit card, or payment can be made by cash or eftpos if preferred.

Where your use of the property results in damage requiring replacement, repair or unscheduled maintenance you will be liable for costs incurred. Charges may be made to your credit account.
