Their farm is located in the Yarra Valley which is one of the premium wine and dairy regions of Australia. The cheese Shop offers complimentary cheese tastings of five cheeses selected each day, from the range of over 15. There are a couple of tables available for visitors to share and enjoy one of the cheese plates accompanied by local fresh breads. There is also great coffee and a range of sweet things to choose from. Innocent Bystander Cheese Room Innocent Bystander sources unripe cheeses from importers and local artisan makers to be aged in the cheese room where they also handwash and rotate the rounds until they’re ready to be cut. The cheese room is opposite their own small bakery. Each day they select 3 or 4 cheeses at peak maturity for the cheese selection platter, which can also be paired with their wide selection of wines.
